Just a quick note: We’ll be in Boulder City Friday night watching the Eagles take on The Meadows Mustangs.
Now that I’m caught up with my posts, I can start talking up the upcoming game.
I did a little reading on Boulder City.
Coaches Knutson (FB) and Roe (VB) both said the school has strong support from the community. I’m looking forward to seeing some screaming fans, as well as checking out the video screen they have at their field. They’re getting pretty high tech over there apparantley.
All I know of Meadows is that they’re winning. They have head coach Frank DeSantis back. He coached the team to all those state titles in the late 90’s and early 00’s.
The 2A Meadows is 3-0, while 3A Boulder City is 1-2. Should be interesting.
Hopefully by next week, I’ll figure out the live blog feature as well. And hopefully some of you will send some pictures, video, or comments.
