Comments!? & Live Blogging

I know at least one person who was confused on how to make a comment.

At the end of each post there is a link that sadly says “0 comments.”  If you click on that link, a box will come up where you can write your heart out.

If you click on a specific post, which are listed on the right —–> of the page.  The box is already there at the bottom of the post.

This blog gets about 50 to 60 visits a day but no comments.  Blogs are much more enjoyable, I think, when others chime in.  I feel like I’m in the middle of large crowd talking to myself, while the rest of you are looking on thinking I’m a strange fellow.

If that’s all you want out of this blog, that’s fine, but I thought I’d at least make sure you know how to comment and re-invite you to do so.

Lastly, we figured out how to send posts from Robin’s cell phone.  Which means I’ll be sending live updates of whatever game we’re at.  I don’t know how many people really want live updates, but it’s still pretty cool.
Think about it.  I’ll be sending a signal from a tiny little device in Podunk, NV, which shoots into space and then comes down to a service called Flickr, which then sends it to the blog for your reading pleasure.

Amazing.

  • Which school is from Podunk, NV? I thought I knew all of the towns in Nevada but I’ve never heard of that one, but I know some schools have names different from the towns they’re in.

  • Benjaman I could just shake you. Why don’t you write more about our girls volleyball at Pahranagat Valley. You know we did win 9 state championship’s in a row. I could just hit you over our head with my title IX.

  • Ben,
Nice work, I enjoy reading your comments. Keep it up.

Podunk, Nevada? Does that imply we are ‘hicks from the sticks’? Perhaps a better choice of words next time? Just my opinion.
