If you guys need any footage i’m in our schools broadcast journalism class and am required to film home games. I make highlight reels for each game. I would be happy to send you a copy for some of the next games. How would you like it sent?
First of all, I have to say this. SWEET!
We can easily put video footage on this blog. The easiest way is to upload the video on YouTube. Then e-mail me the link to the video and I will put it on.
If you’ve never worked with YouTube before, it’s pretty simple to learn. It walks you through everything. You do have to set up an account, but it it’s free and easy to do.
If you need help figuring it out, just e-mail me.
This applies to anyone who has video and pictures of games at your respective schools. Feel free to send it.

I’m pretty good friends with a kid in my grade who writes our game’s play by plays for the local paper. And if asked I’m sure he’d be more than willing to send you his articles.
We’d love to get articles from journalism students. Definitely suggest that to him. I also suggest your friend get in touch with NevadaPrep’s owner Herb Hall. His contact info is on NevadaPrep. Herb is very open to using information sent by student journalists.
The point is send stuff! Send video, send pictures, send articles. We have all the tools necessary to make the Nevada, high school sports community as cool as we want to. So let’s do it!
